Can I order directly as a consumer?
No. So sorry for any extra trouble this may cause you, but we deal directly with stylists. Feel free to call us and we will find you a local salon or distributor who carries our product. If you already have a stylist who you go to, he/she may call and order directly from us. No order is too small!

Have the product ingredients changed?
No. When you find something that works, you stick with it!

My smooth sprayer is stuck, what should I do?
Try running it under hot water to clean it out, it is probably clogged. If you are still having trouble, give us a call!

I just got my perm and it looks like some of the perm solution is missing?
We purposely leave space at the top of the perm solution so you have room to add the structurizer additive.

Can I order product online from ProDesign?
No, as of now we are only taking orders over the phone (or by e-mail if you already have an account set up).
