SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent by PRODESIGN INTERNATIONAL ("PRODESIGN INTERNATIONAL," "we," "us") to customers who have opted in to our SMS program.

Program description

PRODESIGN INTERNATIONAL sends text messages to customers who have placed an order or contacted us for support and who have given consent to be texted. Messages may include replies to support requests, requests for information needed to assist you, order status updates, and delivery notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Consent

By checking the consent box on our SMS sign-up page, or by giving verbal consent to a PRODESIGN INTERNATIONAL representative during a support call, you agree to receive the text messages described above at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary and is generally 1 to 4 messages per request or order.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. If you would like to sign up again, reply START or sign up again at our SMS sign-up page.
