USA Shipping Charge and Time

Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time

For Consumer Products Shipping Time & Charge:

Express Shipping:

  • Handling Time: 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday) 
  • Transit Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Charge: We will charge for express shipping a flat rate of $15.

 

Standard Shipping:

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) 
  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Charge: For standard free shipping, order $169 or over $169, and if you order less than $169, you have to pay a $10 shipping charge.

 

For PRO Products Shipping Time & Charge:

Express Shipping:

  • Handling Time: 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday) 
  • Transit Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Charge: We will charge for express shipping a flat rate of $20.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If an item is delivered, we will inform you immediately and use reasonable efforts to minimize the delay.

Shipping Method:

We mainly use USPS to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.

Tracking:

We offer tracking so you can follow its adventures until it reaches you.

Undeliverable Packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
